Ayesha Malik’s, Abrar Zaki’s, Chung Tran’s, and Irene Liang’s “Virtual Reality on Assessing the Motor Skills of Individuals With Autism Spectrum Disorder” collaborative paper has been accepted to the 2024 IEEE 15th Annual Ubiquitous Computing, Electronics & Mobile Communication Conference (UEMCON) and will be presented in October at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center, New York.

Dr. Ting Liu presented Project #4’s work, “Virtual Reality Effectiveness on Moter Assessment in Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder,” at the North American Society for the Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity (NASPSPA) 2023 Annual Conference in Toronto, Ontario Canada
Jofred Gonzalez, from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, will work on the Development of a Disability Assessment Tool using Biosensors, Virtual Reality, and Machine Learning for Persons with Multiple Sclerosis led by Dr. John Farrell.
Ngoc Chung Tran, from Purdue University, will work on Project Activity 4 – Virtual Reality and machine learning on movement assessment in autism spectrum disorder led by Dr. Ting Liu.
